Before You Apply — Please Read Carefully

 

This page explains everything you must have and understand before you submit your application.

 

Spots inside TeleHeir Superiority fill quickly, and we only accept applicants who are truly prepared to begin.

 

If you are not ready to start soon, or if you currently have personal matters or equipment issues that may slow you down, please hold off on applying until you are fully ready.

 

Requirements:

 

 Fully Working Computer

 

You must have a dependable Windows 11 desktop or laptop that can pass the mandatory PC Check.

Minimum: 4GB RAM (8GB recommended), Intel Core i3-9000 or higher.

Macs, Chromebooks, All-in-Ones, Windows 8/8.1/10 are not compatible.

 

Reliable Internet + Hardwired Connection

 

You must have high-speed internet that can be hardwired directly to your modem.

Minimum speeds: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.

WiFi only is not acceptable.

 

Quiet & Distraction-Free Workspace

 

Your environment must allow you to take calls professionally.

If you have children or a busy household, plan service hours around quiet times or reliable childcare.

 Background Check Required

 

All agents must complete a background check.

Fee: $30 — valid for 36 months.

​

 Client Assessment

 

You must pass the assessment before gaining access to client opportunities. Assistance is provided if needed.

​

 Equipment Investment

 

Headsets and any needed accessories are your responsibility. You’ll have some time to purchase them, but you must be prepared to make this investment.

 Drug Testing Awareness

 

Some clients require drug screens; others do not. Be mindful of this when selecting your client.

Important Policy – Please Read

 

Once you are added to our roster, you must choose a client within 3 days.

If you remain inactive after that, a $10 per-day inactivity charge will apply and will be automatically deducted from your first payout.

 

We want every applicant to succeed, but we cannot accept individuals who are unsure, unprepared, or unable to move forward.

Where You Can Work

 

You must be a U.S. citizen or legally able to work in the United States.

The following states are not eligible at this time:

California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Oregon, Wisconsin.

 

 

Work, School & Other WFH Programs

 

You may work other jobs or attend school  just make sure your schedule does not conflict with service hours.

If you currently work with another WFH company that uses VPNs, you must have a separate compatible device for TeleHeir.

 

Felony Information

 

We ask about any felony convictions or pending charges within the last 7–10 years.

A “yes” does not automatically disqualify you individuals in this situation may be eligible to be added to the wait list for our Virtual Call Center Mentorship Program to start your own VCC.

Resume

 

You may upload a resume, but it is optional. If you don’t have one, we’ll simply discuss your background during a private 1 on 1.

 

 

DISCLOSURE:

 

This is not W-2 employment and not a temp agency.

TeleHeir Superiority operates as a 1099 independent contracting partnership a faith-driven virtual call center partnering with well-known Fortune 500 companies.

 

Certification attendance is required for every day of your selected client’s CERT class.

If emergencies come up, we will support you  but commitment is expected. You must engage and complete all required self paced modules and keep up with the pace of your class so that you can pass certification.

 

If you cannot meet the requirements above, or if your schedule or home environment cannot support this opportunity, it’s best not to apply until you’re fully ready.
