How the process works
 
​Step One 📝
Submit your application. Once Submitted, you'll be prompted to request to become a member to move forward. (REQUIRED) You will receive an email confirming we received your application. Follow the instructions and like and follow us on Facebook. You'll get a 2nd email that we received your member request. We will review your application and will inform you on the next steps if we choose to move forward or not.
 

Step Two 💻
IF you are approved as a member, you will receive a code to verify your email. Then you will receive an email inviting you to book your session time. You'll receive a final email with the Zoom calendar link. Select "attending" add it to your calendar to confirm . On the day of our event, we go over everything, take you step by step to register on the Platform and answer any questions. Then you will sign your docs, complete your PC check to confirm that your equipment is compatible and ready for remote customer service work. Then we will help prepare you before taking your assessment to insure your success.
 
Step Three 🔍
Choose the client you want to service. After you pass your assessment, You will be able to select your client and the class time. Class times offered are mornings or afternoons. You will complete you background check to reserve your spot for class. Make sure you mark your calendar for when class starts. 
(Background fee is $30 refunded after certification)
 
Step Four 🎓
You will be enrolled into CERT for your chosen client. The 1st few days are spent getting into systems. You will be in phase 1 instructor led to learn and engage.  The 1st 3 days are crucial to be present, or you will get taken out of class. We want you to succeed. Make sure you attend each day. You must have your webcam on in class.

Step Five ⏰
Once you get in phase 2 of certification you can begin taking live calls. Each client has its own training process and you will complete self paced with the class during certification. At the end there will be a knowledge check based off what you learned. We stick by your side through it all.  When you complete cert, You will be able to pick your own hours enjoy a flexible schedule earning from home.
