windows 8 and 8.1 OR 10 will not work. Mac, Chrome book ProBook, and all in one computers not compatible. Has to be in good working order with USB and ethernet ports. (MUST BE HARDWIRED TO SERVICE.) OR IT WILL FAIL PC CHECK {ALSO MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD AND OPEN THE FILE AS SOON AS YOU START PC CHECK BECAUSE THAT WILL ALSO TRIGGER A FAIL IF YOU DONT.
